The series "The Two Exiles" looks for the traces of republican cinema after the Spanish Civil War and brings together, for the first time, internal and external exiles in film production, from the armed conflict to the death of Franco. Filmoteca Española will address during the months of April and May, at the Cine Doré, the traces of republican cinema after the Spanish Civil War. Among the programmed films "Sierra de Teruel" (André Malraux, 1939), "On the empty balcony" (Jomi García Ascot, 1962), "Verbena" (Edgar Neville, 1941), "The evil Carabel" (Fernando Fernán-Gómez, 1956), "Nine letters to Berta (Basilio Martín Patino, 1966), "Viva la muerte" (Fernando Arrabal, 1971), and "Esta es mi vida" (Román Viñoly Barreto, 1952).
