VERY IMPORTANT

You must show up at this office 10 minutes before the appointment time, NEVER EARLIER as you will be denied access to the in-room point of care.
If the matter to be attended to in the appointment is going to be managed by a collegiate representative (Advisor, Lawyer or other) you will not be able to go to the office, but only your representative.
