The International Vaccination Centre’s enquiry form is temporarily out of service due to a technical issue beyond the CVI’s control.

Whilst this issue is being resolved, if you need us to contact you, please send an email to cvi.pamplona@correo.gob.es, providing only the following information:

• First name and surname
• Contact telephone number
• Email address
• Country/countries of destination and stopovers of more than 12 hours
• Approximate date of departure
• Type of trip (tourism, aid work, visiting family, study/work/pilgrimage)
• Approximate duration of the trip
• General reason for enquiry:
  • request for an appointment,
  • yellow fever vaccination,
  • malaria prescription,
  • oral typhoid fever prescription,
  • or other general enquiry.

Please do not include diagnoses, medical reports, detailed treatment plans or unsolicited clinical documentation.
