PROCEDURES OF THE ALIENS OFFICE

• Authorization of residence for exceptional circumstances:

- Social rooting

- Social and labour roots

- Rooted second chance

- Family roots (not relatives of Spaniards)

- Residence due to illness in Spain.

- Residence for victims of gender or sexual violence

- Collaboration with the labor authority (labor activity for 6 months in the two years prior to the request made without authorization to work accredited with the labor inspection record or court judgment).

• Residence authorization for family members of Spanish nationality.
• Authorization of independent residence of relatives of Spanish nationality.
• Authorization of residence by initial family reunification (relatives outside Spain).
