PERIOD OF PUBLIC INFORMATION OF THE ROYAL DECREE ESTABLISHING AERONAUTICAL EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH RADIO INSTALLATIONS FOR AIR NAVIGATION PRESENT IN THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY OF ANDALUSIA AND THE AUTONOMOUS CITY OF MELILLA FOR THE CASE IN WHICH THE INSTALLATIONS ARE WIND TURBINES.

In accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Royal Decree 369/2023, of 16 May, on aeronautical easements, the public information announcement of the Royal Decree establishing the aeronautical easements associated with radio installations for air navigation present in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the Autonomous City of Melilla will be published in the Official State Gazette for the case in which the installations are wind turbines.

The period of public information will last 30 working days, starting from the day following the date of publication of this announcement in the Official State Gazette (https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-B-2025-329), during which the projects can be examined by the persons who wish to do so for the purpose of making claims.
