The Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, has conveyed her gratitude to the State Security Forces and Bodies, Local Police, Firefighters, Civil Protection, Mobility Agents, private security and all the people involved in the special device deployed during the Melilla 2025 Fair, which has ended with total tranquility and without serious incidents having been registered.
“I would like to acknowledge, thank and congratulate each and every one of them for this work, which not only covered the fairground and the entire area of the Marina, but the device covered the whole city,” he stressed. Thus, she has been proud of all those people “who contribute that little bit of sand, that work and that commitment to ensure security”.
Moh has valued “the effort, dedication and exemplary coordination” of all the troops, stressing that their commitment has been fundamental to ensure that the patron saint’s holidays were lived in an atmosphere of coexistence, enjoyment and security for the citizens.

In particular, there have been 411 officers of the National Police Force and 260 of the Civil Guard, in addition to 384 local police officers, who have served continuously throughout the holidays.
