The relocation of three other unaccompanied migrant minors is scheduled for next week, as reported by the Government Delegate, Sabrina Moh, at noon.
As the highest representative of the Government of Spain explained in our city, the first transfers to the peninsula have already taken place and “we already have in a very advanced procedure another important number of dossiers”.
The head of the Government Delegation wanted to clarify that, in total, about thirty dossiers are being worked on article number 5 of Royal Decree 658/2025, -referring to those minors who have arrived after the declaration of extraordinary migratory contingency.
In this regard, he explained that “some have been filed, others have been revoked because it was by another procedure, that is, through the additional provision and not Article 5, and we have very advanced the procedure of those who remain”, he said.
The Delegate has detailed that in some cases she is about to issue the Prosecutor’s Office report, which is the last step before the final resolution. “We believe that in a few days, practically all the files we are working on could already be resolved,” he said.
