We have lowered crime rates and migratory pressure has dropped significantly,” he said.
The head of the Government Delegation has highlighted the excellent work carried out daily by the professionals of the State Security Forces and Corps assigned in Melilla, especially in the control of the border perimeter and in the maintenance of citizen security. “We have great professionals who do a commendable job. Both our Civil Guard and our National Police are doing a magnificent job, which deserves to be recognized,” he insisted.
In this regard, the Delegate has stressed that the results are in sight: “I do not say it, the figures say it and the citizens also perceive it. There is an atmosphere of tranquility in the city and that is the result of the daily effort of our security forces,” he said.
“Right now we come from a period in which we have clearly improved the situation,” he said, emphasizing that “the professionals are doing an extraordinary job and that the results are evident.”
