The Public Service of State Employment (SEPE) has approved a call for the granting of public subsidies within the framework of the system of vocational training for employment in the workplace aimed primarily at unemployed workers in Melilla, with a maximum amount of 1,530,389 euros, as reported by the Provincial Director of the SEPE in Melilla, Jorge Vera.
The call, which is included in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of 20 May, is a call, on a competitive basis, for the financing of training actions on offer, taught exclusively in face-to-face mode, for at least 15 students in each training action, unless the corresponding didactic guide establishes a lower amount, directed primarily to unemployed workers and not aimed at obtaining certificates of professionalism.
The objective of this call, as explained by Vera, is none other than to respond effectively to the right to training and to the needs of acquisition, improvement and permanent updating of the professional skills of working people, as well as to the improvement of the competitiveness of companies.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days, starting from the day after the publication of the extract of this resolution in the BOE.
