Personnel authorized by the Government Delegation offers assistance in the management of the post-compulsory studies scholarships of the Ministry of Education in the office of attention to the citizen located in the Unit of Educational Programs (UPE) Training of the Provincial Directorate of Education - former Pablo Montesinos College - from yesterday and until next April 16.
The Delegate of the Government in Melilla, Sabrina Moh, and the Provincial Director of Education, Elena Fernández Treviño, went to these offices yesterday to talk to the team of professionals who are going to advise those families who want to apply for a scholarship for Baccalaureate, Vocational Training or Language Teaching.
This initiative, which is integrated into the program of the Administration near you, will be transferred, from April 21 to May 14, to the different secondary education centers of our city.
Thus, the Government Delegation and the Provincial Directorate of Education have foreseen that in the 9 centers of the city that offer these modalities a calendar is established in which it is determined when the attention to citizenship will be made in the same centers, in the morning and afternoon, so that those people who require it have an hourly flexibility can make a greater number of attentions.
These centers are: CIFP Reina Victoria Eugenia, IES Leopoldo Queipo, IES Rusadir, IES Virgen de la Victoria, IES Juan Antonio Fernández Pérez, IES Miguel Fernández, IES Enrique Nieto, Miguel Marmolejo School of Art and Official School of Languages.
The professionals who give advice to families are staff of the Employment Plan of the Government Delegation, with the profiles of Administrative Assistant, who on April 1 received training from heads of the Provincial Directorate of Education so that they, in turn, can guide and help families to complete the application for these scholarships.
Sabrina Moh has encouraged the citizens, if they have any questions, to go to these facilities or from the 21st in their reference centers, since “you will have a team at your disposal to help you with this procedure”.
The highest representative of the Spanish Government in Melilla has advanced that they will continue to extend the dates to be able to attend the next scholarships of the Ministry of Education, as well as the other issues in the educational field that citizenship requires.
