The head of the Government Delegation explained that the same system that has been carried out will be carried out again: collection of documentation, verification of the same and subsequent contracting.
The highest representative of the Government of Spain in the city recalled that this Employment Plan of the Delegation of the Government 2024-2025 has a budget of 13 million euros to cover 1,290 people, which we have grouped in 37 different occupations.
In addition, it has highlighted that the second Employment Plan, which will have another 13 million euros, “allows us to incorporate profiles that have a higher degree, such as Senior Technicians, Graduates, Graduates and Graduates, who have not had coverage on this occasion”.
On the other hand, he referred to the meeting held yesterday with the management teams of the educational centers. A meeting that served to coordinate the incorporation of the different profiles, functions and operation. Thus, regular meetings have been agreed to follow the development of the project, “since it is the most ambitious, with almost 600 people going to be incorporated in the different centers”.
First additions
Moh has pointed out that today the first 70 people who are going to start the Employment Plans have been incorporated. It is, he recalled, the squares of the occupations ‘Technician in Professional Risk Prevention, ‘Administrative Technician’, and ‘Construction Team Leader/Center Coordinators’.
“This morning a meeting was held in the Government Delegation with all the Center Coordinators to clarify all the regulations, the guidelines, the instructions spoken yesterday in both meetings and those that will serve to carry out this Employment Plan 2024-2025,” he announced.
In this regard, it has advanced that all professionals selected within the Employment Plan will carry out a course of occupational risk prevention before joining their workplaces.
Two-Phase Employment Plan
The Government Delegate explained that two phases have been planned for the contracting of the Employment Plans, given that the contracts are six months each and the Employment Plan ends on December 31. For this reason, he has detailed that they considered it “interesting” to return to the two phases, “which was already done in a previous edition and gave a good result”.
In this way, it is expected to finish the first phase of contracting throughout the month of March and the first week of April. As for the second phase, it is estimated that it will be, at most, in the last week of May, so that, counting those six months, “they can all finish before December 31 as scheduled,” he said.
