The first recruitments of the Government Delegation’s Employment Plan are scheduled to take place between the second half of February and the first half of March.
It has been announced today by the Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, who recalled that this year the Employment Plan goes from 11 to 13 million euros, and will involve 1,290 jobs from 37 different occupations.
Occupations in which, in order to be able to resolve technical issues arising from the judgment, profiles that require a higher qualification will not be hired.
“Obviously anyone who meets the requirements that are marked in the occupations has a place in the Employment Plan but will not work with a university profile,” he explained, and has referred to profiles such as ordinance or cleaners.
At the same time, he wanted to make it clear that people without training will also have a place in the Employment Plan. “We have finally been able to resolve this issue and, therefore, people without any qualification can also participate, as they have observed in the publications we have made in the Employment Plan 2024-2025,” he said.
Moh recalled that the margin has been left until the 17th of this month, so that people interested in participating in the Employment Plan can register in the different occupations. “It is very important for people to know that, in order to be called, they have to be registered in the occupations we are going to hire,” he said, recalling that each person can choose up to six occupations.
The criteria, he added, are also about to be published. “Once they are published, we will move on to the job offers themselves, so that the provisional lists can be published as soon as possible, so that they can be finalized and be able to start with the recruitments,” he said.
Recruitments that in this edition are also going to be made in phases and that, due to the possibility of changing the regulations, the recruitments no longer have to finish on 30 June, but on 31 December, which allows the staff to be able to provide service throughout the year.
