The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports (MEFPyD) will open on April 12 the regular period of admission of schooling for the 2024/2025 academic year, as announced by the Provincial Director in Melilla, Juan Ángel Berbel.
It will be open until May 2. Those who wish to access for the first time centres that offer the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, from three to six years, or Primary Education supported with public funds, Compulsory Secondary Education and any of the modalities of Baccalaureate must participate. Also those who wish to apply for a Secondary Education Centre other than the one corresponding to them by single enrollment or who have obtained by multiple enrollment or change of centre at any of the levels and teachings within the scope of this resolution.
Berbel wanted to inform about the calendar of deadlines, the scorable scale for choosing a center and the forms to be presented. Thus, on April 11, the publication of vacancies approved by the Provincial Directorate of Education for the regular process will take place; from April 12 to May 2, it will be the deadline for the submission of applications for the regular admission process in all the centres supported with public funds. The publication of provisional lists of admitted and excluded is fixed until May 21 and the final lists, until May 29.
Once the deadline has been opened, Berbel has advanced, it can be done online or in person in each center or in the Provincial Directorate of Education itself, at the point of support to the determined citizen and that prior to the beginning of the actions will be informed in a timely manner.
