Among the actions contained in this Master Plan are:

1. INFORMATION MEASURES AIMED AT OLDER PEOPLE.

Officials of the National Police or the Civil Guard will give Informative talks with the elderly in day centers, residences and other places authorized by the administration or collaborating entities, which will deal with security problems that affect them as a group:

• Burglaries in their homes.
• Thefts and thefts in the environment of financial institutions.
• Tugs.
• Scams.
• Fraudulent use of your property, funds, accounts and savings cards.
• Abuse in its different forms.
• Preventive measures in relation to the risks arising from the use of the Internet and new technologies.

2. MEASURES OF COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION WITH THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE ELDERLY.

Police experts will agree Meetings with professionals at the service of the centers visited, relatives, associations of elderly people, etc.… to provide them with technical assistance and support on security issues affecting them.
