The town of Coslada has recorded a three percent decrease in criminal offenses recorded in the municipality between January 1 and October 31, 2025 compared to the same period of 2024, as well as a percent increase in real police effectiveness.
These are data by which the subdelegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, Pilar Trinidad, who has co-chaired the Local Security Board together with the mayor of Coslada, Ángel Viveros, wanted to congratulate the Security Forces and Corps for the good work done, which is reflected in these security figures, and which has as one of its pillars the excellent collaboration between National Police and Municipal Police in the municipality. “It’s very good data, and the trend is also good,” he added.
In addition to the review of crime figures, the Local Security Board, in which members of the Government team, representatives of the National Police, the Local Police and the Community of Madrid have also participated, has revised the Security Plan foreseen for the Christmas holidays and for the events organized for this reason, and which include shows, tributes, games for children, the pregrapes or the Three Kings parade.
It also provides for the activation of the Safe Trade Plan to guarantee security in commercial areas and to remind both sellers and buyers of the advice to avoid being subject to fraud or deception.
