The subdelegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, Pilar Trinidad, has co-chaired today, together with the mayor of Robledo de Chavela, Fernando Casado, the extraordinary Local Security Board of the municipality in which the security needs that are going to be required during the local patron saint’s parties have been reviewed.
These will be celebrated in honor of the Most Holy Christ of Agony, between August 20 and 26.
The meeting, attended by representatives of the Civil Guard, Local Police and the Community of Madrid, reviewed the security plan drawn up, which includes the main security events and plans for the venues.
The Government’s deputy delegate congratulated them on the work and encouraged them to continue incorporating information and improvements into it, so that it is increasingly complete and more useful in security planning.
Pilar Trinidad also wanted to take advantage of the Junta to reiterate its gratitude for the solidarity shown by the town during the fire in the area of Valdemaqueda (Ávila), on August 8, in which a regional train was stopped for prevention at the Robledo de Chavela station and water and food were served and distributed to the 200 passengers until they could be collected to continue traveling to their destination.
