Transportes begins the repair works of firmes on the A-1, between Sanchinarro and El Molar; and on the N-320, between Venturada and El Casar
  • The works will consist of milling and replacement of the firm in several sections of these tracks.
  • For this reason, lanes will be cut alternately between 20:00 and 5:30 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; and between 0:00 and 5:30 hours on Sundays, during, predictably, about 3 months.
  • The works have 3.29 million euros and are included in the conservation and maintenance program of the State Road Network, where this Ministry has invested about 700 million since June 2018 in the Community of Madrid.

The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is executing the repair works of the firm on the roads A-1, N-320, A-3, A-42, A-6, M-40, M-11, M-12, M-13, M-14, M-21, M-23, M-110, A-5R and Ciudad Universitaria, in the Community of Madrid. The current budget for these actions is 3.29 million euros (VAT included).

In this context, the work will be carried out on the A-1 motorway (between km 12,100 and 43,960) and the N-320 wagon (between km 317 and 340,625).

Within the framework of these works, the milling and replacement of the firm is included in several points of the following sections:

A-1 Sentido Burgos: between km 12,100 (neighborhood of Sanchinarro, in Madrid) and 36,100 (San Agustín de Guadalix).

A-1 Direction Madrid: between km 43,960 and 12,150 (Sanchinarro).

N-320 Sense Guadalajara: between km 340,625 (Venturada) and 317,300 (El Casar).

N-320 Sense Venturada: between 317 (El Casar) and km 340,625 (Venturada).

Therefore, and to ensure the safety of workers and users, from 20:00 hours on Monday, June 9, the partial cutting of lanes will take place alternately at the following times:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, from 20:00 to 05:30

Sundays, from 00:00 to 05:30 hours.

Traffic disruptions are expected to last about 3 months, based on performance and availability of equipment.

This action is included in the conservation and maintenance program of the State Road Network, in which this Ministry has invested about 700 million euros since June 2018 in the province of Madrid.
