- This is Chief Inspector Francisco José Pérez Rivero
- Aranjuez's safety indicators are well below the general data of the Community of Madrid
The deputy delegate of the Government of Spain to the Community of Madrid, Pilar Trinidad, has today presided over the inauguration of the new head of the local National Police Station of Aranjuez, chief inspector Francisco José Pérez Rivero.
The event was attended by, among other authorities: the mayor of Aranjuez, Miguel Gómez Herrero; the superior head of the National Police in Madrid, Javier María Galván Ruiz; and institutional and business and civil representatives of the town.
In his speech, Pilar Trinidad wanted to highlight that Aranjuez “is a very safe city in a safe Community of Madrid”, in which the security data are far below the generals of the Community of Madrid. “With all due prudence, we can say that crime continues to decline in our region and therefore we must maintain the course to continue improving,” he added.
He also said that the year 2025 will culminate with the historic maximum of FCSE troops in the Community of Madrid with “more than 21,000 men and women who, from their professionalism, continuously increase police effectiveness and provide citizens with increasing security, always at the service of freedom and coexistence.”
Key figure
The deputy delegate of the Government has pointed out that the head of the Local National Police Station is “a key figure in the defense of the rights of citizens, the protection of security and the preservation of coexistence in this city”, and has wished the incoming head “the greatest success” in this new stage.
At the same time, he has expressed his willingness and that of the entire Government Delegation to support him in everything necessary and thus “work together with the objective of continuing to make Aranjuez an increasingly safe city”.
