The subdelegate of the Government in Madrid, Pilar Trinidad Núñez, has co-chaired today with the mayor of Alcobendas, Rocío García, the Local Security Board of the municipality.
Representatives of the National Police, the Civil Guard and the Local Police have attended. The latter has been incorporated into the VioGén System for Comprehensive Monitoring of Victims of Gender Violence since 2010 and renewed the accession agreement in 2021.
During the Board, the security plan for the celebration of the Festivities of San Isidro 2024 has been revised, which last year gathered some 75,000 people in the town, so members of the Emergency, Fire and Civil Protection Corps have also been present.
The goal is for them to develop safely, for which the necessary technological and human means have been contemplated.
Crime data 2023
Pilar Trinidad has highlighted the good conventional crime data recorded in 2023, since they fell by 2.8 compared to 2022; although the global figures rise by 0.6 is due to the increase in cybercrime, a general trend in recent years. In this context, the deputy delegate has congratulated the security forces and bodies for the excellent collaboration and coordination they have between them.
