- Pilar Trinidad has reiterated its proposal for the local police to start the process to join the VioGén system of comprehensive follow-up of cases of gender violence
The deputy delegate of the Government in Madrid, Pilar Trinidad Núñez, met today with the mayor of Griñón, José María Porras Agenjo, who has transferred some issues of security, education and mobility related to the municipality.
For her part, the subdelegate has raised the possibility for her schools to request talks within the framework of the Master Plan for Coexistence and Improvement of Security in Educational Centers and their Environments, coordinated by the Government Delegation in Madrid, through the High Inspection Area of Education, and thus reinforce the work of prevention of situations of risk and knowledge of boys and girls carried out by the tutor of the Municipal Police of Griñón.

Likewise, he has reiterated to the mayor his proposal for the Local Police to join the VioGén system of comprehensive monitoring of cases of gender violence, given the commitment that the municipality has shown with this problem, being one of the municipalities that has a Violeta Point of the Community of Madrid.
The Government Delegation is currently holding talks with several municipalities to have their local police officers renew or integrate this system to combat gender violence.
Currently, there are four localities that are in the process of being incorporated into this system and a total of 33 that are already fully adhered to it.
