The Government Delegation in the Community of Madrid has hosted a meeting this afternoon to coordinate the security devices for the call for the next tractor demonstrations in Madrid. On the one hand, two calls were announced for the 19th, 20th and 21st of February, and also before a call through networks for a demonstration not communicated tomorrow, 6th of February.
The meeting, chaired by the delegate of the Government, Francisco Martín Aguirre, together with the subdelegate, Pilar Trinidad Núñez, participated, among other authorities, those responsible for National Police, Civil Guard, General Directorate of Traffic, Road Demarcation, Municipal Police of Madrid, Samur – Civil Protection and Firefighters.
The meeting has begun with an analysis of the forecasts that can be made with the previous information available and that may presuppose traffic incidents and conditions.
After that, the device provided by each of the bodies involved has been exposed with the aim of coordinating to guarantee road and citizen safety at all times, remembering that the right of assembly must be compatible with the right to the free movement of vehicles and people.
