The government delegate to the Community of Madrid, Francisco Martín Aguirre, held a working meeting this morning with the head of the Functional Area of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, María Victoria Morate Juez, to follow up the work carried out during the first half of the year.
In the balance of activities, it is worth highlighting the Building and Housing statistics corresponding to the 177 municipalities of the Community of Madrid, including Madrid capital; the processing of applications for publications of NOTAM (the notice distributed by telecommunications means that contains information regarding the establishment, condition or modification of any aeronautical installation, service, procedure or danger, whose timely knowledge is essential for the personnel in charge of flight operations); or compliance with the public information procedure of the projects of construction of state public works of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and of ADIF.
In addition to these functions, its competences include the processing of sanctioning files that have to do with infractions related to infrastructure and the public domain (in which the Government Delegation initiates the procedure ex officio) and in the field of roads (which initiates the Road Demarcation and resolves the Government Delegation), as well as the processing and resolution of infringements of the Law on the Protection of Citizen Security due to the existence of a collaboration with the Citizen Rights Unit of the Government Delegation in Madrid.
