The Government Delegation in La Rioja regrets that the non-validation by Congress of the Royal Decree-Law containing multiple social aid directly affects thousands of Rioja and Rioja.
The direct consequences of the non-approval are that La Rioja will stop entering 101 million euros in account deliveries, aimed at improving public services, such as Health, Education or Dependency.
Likewise, the veto on the revaluation of pensions causes a loss of purchasing power of 502 euros in 2025 for the more than 74,000 retirees in La Rioja.
It was also said 'no' to the most vulnerable and, in this way, each beneficiary of the Minimum Vital Income in La Rioja will stop receiving 528 euros in 2025.
In addition, users of public transport in La Rioja will stop benefiting from the more than 400,000 euros intended to reward transport in the region, as well as the more than 681 million aimed at gratuitousness and discounts of Renfe and state buses, and to improve the quality of public transport throughout the Peninsula.
