SEPES in La Rioja
SEPES has maintained a large presence in La Rioja with the development of numerous polygons. Currently it has land available in 5 performances in the region: Lentiscares, in Navarrete; El Sequero, in Arrubal; Haro II-Fuenteciega, in Haro and the mentioned La Senda in Alfaro and El Recuenco in Calsalvo.
Both La Senda and El Recuenco are in very attractive locations for business investment, given their good communication and the quality of their endowments. As an example, both actions have their own substation, which allows to meet the energy needs of the most demanding companies.
It is also noteworthy for its strategic proximity to agri-food companies and high-turnover canneries that are less than 50 kilometers on both sides of the River Ebro. This proximity to important players in the agri-food industry offers attractive opportunities for collaboration and commercial synergies.
Living and working spaces
The objective of SEPES, through the management of public land, is to improve the quality of life of citizens by transforming square meters of public land into habitable places where people can undertake, live and work with dignity. Currently, it has about 5.6 million square meters of land for industrial, logistical and commercial uses in marketing and about 25 million additional m² in development.
Through this sale, within its role as a fundamental tool of the State for the generation of business fabric and employment, SEPES continues to promote the development of spaces for business uses, reactivating the soil to promote economic development throughout the Spanish territory.
