The mayor of Logroño, Conrado Escobar, and the provincial head of Traffic, Beatriz Zúñiga, formalized this morning before a notary the public deed for the administrative concession of a plot of municipal ownership to the Central Traffic Headquarters to be destined to the center of driving test tracks in La Rioja. The Government delegate, Beatriz Arraiz, and the Councilor for Public Administration, Francisco Iglesias, also participated in the event.
It is a plot located on Calle La Refrigerator, nº 2, in the Industrial Estate La Portalada II. It is located within the ‘Execution Unit Q.14.1. MARIANISTAS’, has public dotational use and occupies an area of 14,769.50 m2.
The concession period is 75 years and the plot will house the tracks of closed circuit exams for obtaining driving licenses in La Rioja.
Currently, the facilities in which these traffic examinations are carried out are located in Avenida Lope de Vega, 7, dependencies that will be transferred to the plot whose concession has been formalized with the public deed signature this morning.
