Casa47 keeps open the call to access 99 houses in accessible rental regime in Galicia and that are located in different municipalities of the provinces of A Coruña and Lugo.
People interested in accessing these homes can still make the corresponding registration on the website www.casa47.es. The deadline will remain open until September 15, 2026. To make the registration there is an individual file of each house with photographs and location, the monthly rental price and the annual rent of the basic living unit that can access it, as well as an application form that can be completed online.
The available homes have an area ranging from 30 to 162 square meters and the price ranges from 350 euros to 705 euros per month, with the average income being 6.24 euros per square meter. The contract can last up to 75 years, with an initial rental of 14 years, with automatic extensions of 7 years as long as most of the conditions are maintained.
To access these homes, living units cannot own a property and must have a joint income between 2 and 7.5 times the IPREM. The monthly income of the houses is established based on the ceiling set by the Autonomous Community and will never exceed 30% of the average income of the municipality.
The homes will be assigned by lot before notary, in which an application number will be chosen to the albur from which the rest of the applications will be ordered. Each cohabitation unit will be assigned the first available dwelling from its list of requested dwellings.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been verified, the house will be allocated on a provisional basis and the beneficiaries will be able to visit it. If the house adapts to the needs of the coexistence unit, the rental contract will be signed, proceeding to the delivery of keys.
