The deputy delegate of the Government in A Coruña, María Rivas, participated this morning in the presentation of the exhibition “A barca de Caronte. A vital voyage of Isaac Díaz Pardo”, which will be opened to the public on June 19 at the Museum of Fine Arts of A Coruña.
According to the deputy delegate of the Government, “Isaac Díaz Pardo was much more than an artist: he was a painter, ceramist, designer, editor, businessman and, above all, a tireless defender of the identity and memory of Galicia”.
The Museum of Fine Arts of A Coruña organizes this exhibition coinciding with the dedication to Isaac Díaz Pardo of this year’s Galician Arts Day by the Galician Royal Academy of Fine Arts. The exhibition is curated by his son, Xosé Díaz Arias.
