The Government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, attended the presentation of the book by the academic numerary of the Royal Galician Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, Julio Picatoste, ‘The witness evidence in the Civil Procedure Law’.
The event was held in the Building of the Royal Consulate of the Sea and it was the magistrate of the Supreme Court, José Luis Seoane Spiegelberg, who was in charge of presenting it. Pedro Blanco congratulated the author for his work in which the daily tasks of the courts are collected and recognized his extensive and unattacked judicial career in favor of judicial practice.
