The delegate noted the mayor’s commitment to the city and to the Lucenese neighbors. “Paula was a brave, honest and hardworking person, who always put Lugo ahead of everything. It leaves a deep imprint on Lugo and on socialism. All my affection for his family, friends and colleagues.”
