The subdelegate of the Government in Pontevedra, Abel Losada, encourages the more than nine thousand boys and girls of the province born in 2006 to take advantage of these last days to request the Young Cultural Bonus and thus be able to have 400 euros for the acquisition of cultural products.
The deadline for the application of the Young Cultural Voucher ends this Thursday, October 31, so “there are very few days left for young people and boys who turn 18 in this 2024 to request it through the website enabled the effect (http://www.bonoculturajoven.gob.es/), although then they have a whole year to consume it in the different modalities that are contemplated”.
The subdelegate stressed that “the 9,089 potential beneficiaries had asked for it and would be talking to me about an investment in cultural products greater than 3.5 million euros”. The applications submitted for the first eight months of the year reached almost 60% of the potential beneficiaries. No year 2023, 6,069 people from the province requested the aid, allowing to mobilize more than 2.4 million euros in the cultural sector.
Abel Losada reported that in the province there are 119 establishments adhered to this initiative, which means that the Cultural Bond also has a very positive impact on local trade and cultural industries.
