The Government subdelegate in Lugo today dismissed the 3 participants in the First Professional Experience program, thanking them for the work done and the commitment to the functions assigned to them throughout this year of the contract.
These young people, two boys and a girl, agreed to the program to develop different tasks in the Government Subdelegation in Lugo, such as documentary treatment, file digitization or public communication. During the first months of work they had a person who served as a guide, support and advice according to a training itinerary supervised by the SEPE (Public Employment Service). In addition, they received a salary according to their academic level and second the salary tables of the Administration.
The subdelegate personally gave the farewell to the 3 people hired by the program after the end of the stipulated year, taking an interest in their future and thanking them for their predisposition to work in this time. “I believe that all parties are satisfied, we have received people with different professional profiles and knowledge in the digital field, and you have acquired skills and know that they will be very useful in future jobs and also in general for your life,” Rodríguez stressed.
The subdelegate also praised the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, thanks to which it was possible to hire and carry out this plan of first professional experience, a pioneering program in the public sphere for the hiring of new people, less than 30 years old, unemployed, in order to acquire a professional experience within the public administrations.
