Isabel Rodríguez appreciates the coordination of the security forces and appeals to the responsibility of the citizens for the maintenance of public order in the city of Vilalba

The subdelegate of the Government in Lugo co-chaired the Local Security Board of the municipality together with the mayor, Marta Rouco Isabel Rodríguez thanked the Civil Guard, National Police and Local Police for the work they are doing in the municipality and the effort of coordination between the bodies. She called on the citizens to comply with the rules in the search for a municipality with a low social conflict, and therefore, with greater security for all and all Rodríguez offered the support of the Subdelegation and the Forces and Bodies of Security of the State for the correct celebration of the Independent Festival of Vilalba, 26

The deputy delegate of the Government in Lugo, Isabel Rodríguez, co-chaired the Local Security Board of the city of Vilalba together with the mayor of the municipality, Marta Rouco, and members of the Security Forces and Corps.

Isabel Rodríguez thanked the Civil Guard and the National Police for all the work they are doing in the town and called on the neighborhood to comply with the relevant rules in the search for a safer town hall with a low social conflict.

The subdelegate also welcomed the reaffirmation of the road safety delimitation agreement between the Local Police and the Civil Traffic Guard, achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness among administrations.

In the course of the meeting, the subdelegate highlighted the work of the forces and bodies in maintaining public order in festivals such as the FIV, where there is always a high presence in order to guarantee an event with the maximum guarantees of security. In view of this news edition, some of the measures for the security device were advanced, coordinating the work for the correct development of the festival.

The FIV of Vilalba reaches its 17th edition on 26 and 27 April, taking place in the Plaza de la Constitución. This year, the musical poster will be composed by groups such as Dorian, Twentyone, The Swing Killer, Grande Amore or Iván Ferreiro, among other artists.
