The Government’s deputy delegate receives the new chief inspector of the National Police Station of Monforte de Lemos
The subdelegate of the Government in Lugo, Isabel Rodríguez, accompanied by the chief provincial commissioner, José María Esteban, received this morning the new chief inspector of the National Police Station of Monforte de Lemos, Bernardo Tomás García. Isabel Rodríguez welcomed him to the Subdelegation and offered his collaboration, highlighting the responsibility and commitment required by the position he is going to carry out, as well as the importance of joint work, “key to an effective service that maintains the good results of recent years.”
The deputy delegate reviewed with them the most relevant issues related to security in Monforte de Lemos and wished him “all the successes” in his new professional performance. He also mentioned and thanked the former chief inspector, Mónica Gutiérrez, “who made an important effort for the Monfortino people that will now be continued by Bernardo Tomás García.”
In this regard, the subdelegate affirmed that “we must thank all the officials of the three police stations of the province for their good work, as well as their dedication and dedication,” and took the opportunity to recognize that work.
Career path
The new chief inspector was born in 1975 in the city of Pontevedra and has a degree in Law from the University of Salamanca. He entered the Executive Scale of the National Police Force in 2000 and swore his position as Police Inspector three years later. In March of this year, he rose to the rank of chief inspector serving in the Local Judicial Police Brigade of Sieiro. His last destination is the Local Police Station of Monforte de Lemos. So far, he received 67 public congratulations and holds 1 cross to Police Merit with a white badge.
