Ourense, January 27, 2023.- The Government Subdelegation presents next week the state plan “The Administration Near You” in nine municipalities of the province, bringing the tools of the digital administration to the neighbors of the rural environment. This is the program of the Ministry of Territorial Policy, in collaboration with the FEMP, framed in the policies of demographic challenge to advance in the elimination of the digital divide and social and territorial cohesion. In this way, staff of the Government Subdelegation will visit, with their technological equipment, the City Councils of Manzaneda, Pobra de Trives, A Rúa, Petín, Vilamartín de Valdeorras, Rubiá, Viana do Bolo, Oye. In these municipalities, officials will teach interested people to interact digitally with the Administration, resolve doubts and process, among others, the Digital Certificate, which is essential for many procedures and can only be processed in the physical presence of the person who requests it.
This initiative of the Government of Spain has a presence throughout the territory of the province, offering a useful and close service, with the guarantee that people living in the municipalities with the smallest population receive the same public services. Thus, after the first two months, “A Administración Cerca de Ti” reached 41 municipalities in the province, where different procedures are processed, being the Digital Certificate one of the most demanded by citizens.
Specifically, the municipalities for which this program has been developed are: Coles, A Peroxa, Punxín, Maside, San Amaro, Cenlle, Piñor, Vilamarín, Amoeiro, Castrelo de Miño, Ribadavia, Carballeda de Avia, Leiro, Arnoia, Cortegada, A Bola , Celanova, Gomesende, Padrenda, Cartelle, Ramiras, Baños de Molgas, Maceda, Quecedo, Monterrei, Nogueira de Ramunci, Salafar In total, 81 municipalities of less than 8,000 inhabitants will host the "Administration Near You" days in the province.
Currently, the General Administration of the State offers the possibility of carrying out most of the management and communication with its departments digitally. From basic procedures such as benefits, payment of taxes, driving licences, payment of public fees, applications for study grants or certificates of working life, to the application for subsidies, which in many cases can only be managed telematically.
