The government delegate in Extremadura, José Luis Quintana, has valued the qualification and training of Extremadura students in the face of the challenge of facing their professional future. In his speech at the Talent Day organized by the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce, he assured that attracting talent has now become one of the most important challenges faced today by companies and their human resources departments.
The facilities of IFEBA, in Badajoz, hosts this fair that aims to connect and promote employment among young people in the province and to which 1,600 participants have registered. This meeting is framed within the Young Talent program, funded by the European Social Fund Plus.
The government delegate has asked the participants to take advantage of this forum as it is a showcase of enormous possibilities to generate employment and improve the skills of young people. Finally, Quintana has insisted to young people on the importance, based on the training received, of knowing how to differentiate, get to know each other better, and understand what their innate skills and abilities are to face the demands of the labor market.
