The Secretary General of the Subdelegation of the Government in Cáceres, José María Vivir, co-chaired this morning with the Mayor of Arroyo de la Luz, Carlos Caro, the Local Security Board where the security device for the “Day of Light” has been established, which will be held on April 1.
The security device will be composed of a total of 70 agents of the Civil Guard, with the presence of the USECIC (Citizen Security Unit of Command) of Cáceres, the detachment of Traffic and Cinological Service, as well as 26 services by the Local Police, to which must be added private security guards and civil protection volunteers to guarantee the safety of the Arroyanos.
In terms of health resources, there will be an advanced command post in 112 Extremadura; DYA will provide three health posts, as well as two mobile ICUs, two basic life support ambulances, a transfer ambulance, and three specialized vehicles, in addition to four doctors, four nurses and 20 DYA technicians.
In addition to the Secretary General of the Subdelegation of the Government in Cáceres and the mayor of the town, the meeting was attended by the Accidental Chief Captain of the Company of Valencia de Alcántara, Lieutenant Chief of the Traffic Detachment of Cáceres, agents of the Civil Guard, representatives of the Local Police, as well as the director of 112 of the Junta de Extremadura, the president of DYA and councilors of the city.
