Graduated in Political Science and Public Management from the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, obtaining an extraordinary award for academic excellence. At the UMH he also obtains the title of Official Master in Human Resources Management, Work and Organizations.

He is a career official of the Superior Technical Corps of General Administration of the Generalitat Valenciana, with destination in the Ministry of Environment, Water, Infrastructure and Territory, in the territorial direction of Alicante. He has been Head of Unit in one of the offices that make up the Espais Labora network of the Valencian Employment and Training Service (LABORA) and has also held the occasional personal position of advising the Socialist Group in the Provincial Council of Alicante.

He has been Secretary of Employment of Joves Socialistes of the Valencia Country, and is currently integrated in the direction of the PSOE Elx, occupying the General Secretary of Joves Socialistes d’Elx.
