The delegate of the Government in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé, has visited together with the president of the State Society of Agrarian Infrastructures (SEIASA) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Francisco Rodríguez Mulero, the actions of the Government of Spain after the dana for the recovery of rural roads and agrarian infrastructures in Sot de Chera. The Government has allocated more than 6 million euros to irrigated communities, farms and roads in the municipal districts of the two towns.

Specifically, the Government of Spain has allocated more 4.8 million euros to actions on agricultural roads; more than 1.1 million euros to works in irrigated communities and about one million euros on farms.

The Government of Spain has allocated a total of more than 26 million euros to reconstruction after the damage in Sot de Chera, of which 11 million euros are to cover 100% of the repair of municipal infrastructures.

The delegate stressed that “it is important to highlight the effort of the Government in the reconstruction of the province of Valencia. A recovery after the damage led by the Government of Spain.” In addition, he added that “the priority of the Government is that the province of Valencia not only remains as it was before the dana, but that it improves and is more resilient.”
