The delegate of the Government in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé, together with the mayor of Sedaví, José Francisco Cabanes, has visited the bus enabled by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function after the dana as a citizen’s office of the town council.
“The withdrawal of this bus, which temporarily housed the disabled facilities of the Sedaví Consistory, shows that, little by little, it is returning to normal,” said Bernabé after saying goodbye to the staff of these facilities. “The reconstruction,” he said, “has to go through yes or yes with the unconditional support of all administrations. The Government of Spain leads it and does so in the most direct way for all people who need it.” And, therefore, he added, “today is a great day because it is a sign that this normality begins to take its first steps”. The withdrawal of this space is “a clear sign that we are returning to the Consistorial House, that we are once again doing our paperwork in the natural space and that a space of the Government of Spain is leaving, but all the economic flow arrives that is transformed into investment for all the municipal buildings,” said Bernabé.
This equipment, which has had complete autonomy with regard to electricity supply and Internet connection, has welcomed officials so that they can continue their work functions; six of these posts are equipped for public service tasks. The rest of the posts have been dedicated to the work of help, attention and awareness, in charge of the dynamization team of the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE).
Bernabé also highlighted the approximately 42 million euros that Sedaví will receive from the aid approved by the Government of Spain to finance 100% of the works of repair, restitution or reconstruction of infrastructure, equipment or facilities and services of municipal or provincial ownership. “42 million euros that will go to end, among other things, to finish rehabilitating the City Council, to start up the new sports center, the football field or the main avenue of Sedaví and some other spaces that also serve to house entities and associations of the municipality. A large number of sidewalks, pedestrian streets and passing streets for all the citizens of Sedaví to return to their normality”, said the delegate.
