SEPES, Public Enterprise Land Entity attached to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda (MIVAU), has taken a step for the development of the project of construction of 90 homes and commercial premises in the D2 plot of the Loma Colmenar performance in Ceuta with the tender of the drafting contract of the project.
The public entity dependent on MIVAU thus advances in the procedures for the construction of these properties that will be destined for affordable rent in the Autonomous City. This action will have four building blocks intended for protected housing, parking lots, storage rooms and commercial premises without specific use, in addition to the urbanization of the complex.
The purpose of the contract is to update the execution project, drafted in October 2020, and all the additional technical documents legally required, in order to make the project technically and economically fit the current requirements. Follow-up tasks are included during the administrative process until obtaining the building permit and provisional qualification as a protected dwelling.
The interested companies will have a maximum of ninety days to submit in SEPES the execution project and the complementary technical documents that are required for the administrative processing of the same. With a maximum budget of 59,742.03 euros with IPSI included, the deadline to attend the process will be in force until July 11, 2024.
Bidders can submit their bids electronically through the Public Sector Contracting Platform at this link.
Loma Colmenar
Loma Colmenar is a very important performance for SEPES that has been developed in different phases in recent years. This project, promoted through collaboration agreements, has managed to provide the Autonomous City of Ceuta with 460,000 m² of urbanized land for residential, industrial, commercial and endowment use, including the 487 protected homes developed by the public land entity.
Likewise, through this action, different general facilities of the city have also been implemented, substantially improving the urban quality of the area and the living conditions of the citizens.
It should be remembered that, although the works were awarded in 2021, they did not begin due to causes attributable to the contractor. This has led SEPES to initiate a resolutory record of the contract and to require an update of the project for the execution of these homes.
