SEPES, a public corporate entity of land, has put on sale some twenty commercial premises in its Loma Colmenar performance, with a price up to 60% lower than what they had previously and also including, in addition, one parking space per premises. The public entity, dependent on MITMA, launches this initiative to facilitate the implementation of businesses in the environment and, with it, respond to the needs of the inhabitants of the area and generate employment.
Through these commercial premises, SEPES will continue to promote the structuring of a developing neighborhood and will promote the offer of services available around the University Hospital of Ceuta. It is an area where the public company has built a total of 487 protected homes divided into two plots.
In this sense, the B-2 plot, where SEPES built 170 units, offers seven lots of commercial premises, with a garage included, with an area ranging from 63 m² to 522 m². The prices of the premises start from 40,000 euros, which means discounts ranging from 51% to 61% compared to 2020.
In the B-4 plot, where 317 protected homes were built, 13 commercial lots are offered, with garage included, with premises between 82 m² and 418 m², from 61,000 euros, which means a reduction ranging between 26% and 58% compared to the price they had in 2020.
110 million investment in Loma Colmenar
The performance “Loma Colmenar” is one of the main residential projects of SEPES in recent years. This project, developed through different collaboration agreements, has managed to provide the Autonomous City of Ceuta with 460,000 m² of urbanized land for residential, industrial, commercial use and endowments, including the 487 protected homes developed by SEPES.
Likewise, through this development, different general facilities of the city have also been implemented, substantially improving the urban quality of the area and the living conditions of the citizens.
In this development, SEPES has invested more than 110 million euros to date.
