In view of the expected increase, during this weekend, the influx of vehicles of Operation Paso del Angolo (OPE). The Delegation of the Government of Ceuta recommends that the Ceutians close the bills of the shipowners and present themselves at the boarding of Algeciras sufficiently in advance.

Since last June 15, when Operation Strait Pass 2023 officially began, the situation is normalized and no significant detentions are taking place. Although it is expected that, especially during the day on Sunday, the number of travelers will increase for the next celebration of the Feast of Sacrifice.

The days marked as critical in the Departure Phase are June 24, 25, 26 and 27, coinciding with the dates prior to the Feast of Sacrifice, in addition to July 29, 30 and 31 and August 1. For their part, in the Return Phase, 29, 30, 31 August and 1 September are expected to be the most complex days.
