The Coastal Unit of the Government Delegation submits to public information the application form and the specifications of the technical regulatory standards for the exploitation by third parties of seasonal services by 2023.
The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty calendar days from the day following this publication.
Initial applications will be submitted through the Electronic Registry of the AGE at the link: https://rec.redsara.es/registro, addressed to the Promotion Area of the Government Delegation in Ceuta, or in person for those interested parties who are not obliged to relate electronically with the Public Administrations, in any of the registration offices referred to in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. (They will not be accepted by email).
Applications must be accompanied by a location plan at a minimum scale of 1/500.
All facilities must comply with the specifications established in Law 22/1988, of Costas and its Regulations of development (and in the Specifications of Technical Conditions published in the Official Bulletin of the City.
Once the petitions presented have been studied, the rest of the mandatory documentation for the processing of the same will be requested, which must be delivered within ten days from the receipt of the notification.
