Processing wages, are those amounts that the worker ceases to receive while in court proceedings, against the decision to terminate his employment relationship and the judge declares them to be out of order. Both the company and the worker – in case of business insolvency – can claim these amounts from the State, through a request for a prior claim, addressed to the Labor and Immigration Area of the Government Delegations.
