Information
The Provincial Jury of Forced Expropriation is a collegiate body, independent and hierarchically detached from the Administration, with technical and functional autonomy, whose function is to decide in an enforceable manner on the fair price corresponding to the property or rights subject to expropriation when there has been no agreement between the Administration and the expropriated.
The Law on Forced Expropriation determines that the administrative functions of the Jury are carried out by the personnel attached to the Subdelegations of the Government, in which the necessary services will be organized, acting as Secretary of the Jury an official of the Technical-Administrative Body appointed by the Subdelegate.

The Provincial Jury of Forced Expropriation is a collegiate body of the General Administration of the State, presided over by a magistrate, which performs a function of an impartial nature to determine the fair price of the property to be expropriated when an agreement has not been reached between the parties to the compensation.
The secretariats of the Provincial Jurors of Forced Expropriation perform the following functions:
- Prior management of justice records.
- Request for additional documentation.
- Receiving reports.
- Call for meetings and writing of minutes.
- Notifications.
- Resource processing.
- Other functions that correspond to any secretary of a collegiate body.
