Isabel Rodríguez signs five agreements for the rehabilitation of 386 homes in Castilla y León with a contribution of MIVAU of 4.3 M€

• The project will allow the rehabilitation of 102 homes in Aguilar de Campoo and 284 in Segovia

Madrid, April 24, 2024. The Minister of Housing and Urban Agenda, Isabel Rodríguez, today presided over the act of formalization of agreements for the rehabilitation of a total of 1,050 homes in the autonomous communities of Madrid and Castilla y León. The actions, with an investment of almost 14 million euros (13,986,450 €), will be financed from the assistance programs in the field of residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Transformation and Resilience Recovery Plan (PRTR), related to Residential Programmed Rehabilitation Environments (ERRP).

The signatory communities undertake that the actions signed today under funding will be completed by 30 June 2026. Also, to present the documentation accrediting the completion of the actions and the fulfillment of the object of the grant to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda before December 31, 2026.
