Transportes has 628 snow removal machines and 114,695 tons of foundations to deal with the expected snowfall in Aragón and Castilla y León

March 1, 2024.- The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility has activated the necessary means to deal with snowfall that may occur in the Communities of Aragón and Castilla y León, during the snow storm scheduled for tomorrow Saturday and Sunday, March 3.
To deal with these phenomena, the Ministry has 628 snow-plucking equipment and a storage capacity of 114,695 tons of flux.
Thus, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has issued for both days, a bulletin of warning for orange snowfall in the Community of Aragon, and for Saturday a bulletin of warning for orange snowfall in the Community of Castilla y León.
