October 6, 2023.- The Public Sector Contracting Platform announced yesterday the award of the energy efficiency improvement work in the Civil Guard Command.
The amount of this contract entails an investment of 7,320,920.53 euros and the execution period will be 12 months. The organ of the General Administration of the State that has been in charge of the adjudication of this work is the Society of Penitentiary Infrastructures and Equipment and of State Security (SIEPSE) and the adjudicator is the company Constructions and Works Llorente, S.A.-Lines and Cables, S.A.
The purpose of this contract is the execution of the Energy Efficiency Improvement works at the Soria Civil Guard Command. This work consists of the execution of the improvement of the thermal envelope and the replacement of the carpentry. Likewise, a biomass heating installation will be carried out, the conventional lighting installation will be replaced by LED technology and photovoltaic solar panels will be installed for self-consumption. In principle, it could be considered that the division into lots of the object of this contract could be organized in attention to the different buildings, construction specialties (masonry, insulation, carpentry) and facilities (heating, ACS production, photovoltaic and electricity).
The deputy delegate of the Government in Soria, Miguel Latorre, stressed that “one of the priorities of the policy of this Government is to guarantee security and territorial cohesion”, for which, investments in infrastructure and equipment are fundamental elements.
This work is carried out within the framework of the PRTR financed by the NextGenerationEU Funds.
