The National Police participates in the security device of “La Vuelta” in its passage through Castilla y León

September 5, 2023.- The eleventh stage of the 78th edition of the Cycling Tour to Spain will end in the province of Soria. The stage will begin at 13:15 hours in the Burmese town of Lerma and after traveling 163 kilometers it will end in the Laguna Negra, within the term of the town of Vinuesa.

The security device will have about 100 agents who will protect all the facilities established by the organization as signature control, delivery of accreditations, parking of equipment, podium or doping control.

At the end of the stage, at about 5.30 pm, in the “Parque Vuelta”, located in the municipality of Vinuesa, you can visit the stand of the National Police in which agents of different units such as Citizen Security, Scientific Police, will show the public part of the work they do daily, dedicating especially to the children a demonstration of their work.

La Vuelta in Castilla y León

After the time trial held in the city of Valladolid, La Vuelta arrives in the province of Soria, twice. First as a goal of the eleventh stage, in the Laguna Negra in Vinuesa and, the next day, as an exit in the town of Ólvega.

The 19th stage, on September 15, the runners arrive in Íscar where, as in Vinuesa, there will be a stand of the National Police located in the “Parque Vuelta” where the public can participate in the demonstrations of the agents of Citizen Security and Scientific Police.
