Renfe has issued in Castilla-La Mancha just over 38,000 free subscriptions to travel on the Media Distancia network, valid for travel in the first quarter of the year. The multi-trip titles will be in force until April 30 and can be acquired at any time during the entire period of validity.

On December 27 of last year, the Government approved the extension of the free Renfe Local, Rodalies and Medium Distance services for recurring travelers and 50% discounts for Avant (medium distance in high speed) subscriptions.

Thus, during the first four months of the year, Renfe has issued more than 18,000 Avant subscriptions, most of them 50% free for trips between Toledo, Ciudad Real, Puertollano and Madrid. And it has issued 38,007 free subscriptions for Media Distancia to travel on the Castile-Manchega network, from Ciudad Real, Albacete, Toledo and Guadalajara.

More than two million nationally

Across the country, the company has surpassed the two million free and bonus multi-travel titles. These subscriptions are valid until April 30 and can be purchased at any time during the entire four-month period. To obtain them, a deposit of 20 is necessary.

To speed up the purchase of subscriptions and avoid unnecessary waits, Renfe recommends obtaining them through the Renfe Proximity app or, in the case of Media Distancia and Avant subscriptions, through the web www.renfe.com. To do this, the customer must be registered in advance.
